IMPORTANT DATES

October 20, 2025
REGISTRATION OPENS FOR SPRING JOB FAIR
Note: Companies are encouraged to register early, as the CEE Job Fair typically reaches capacity quickly.

January 30, 2026
REGISTRATION / CANCELLATION DEADLINE
Last day to register or cancel registration  for the Spring Job Fair with full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 5 p.m. CST on this date.

February 18, 2026

11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

GENERAL INFORMATION

There is no limit on the number of recruiters you may have at your table, and no other restrictions are in place. (Updated 9/8/22)

Cost: $900 per company

Payment: Credit card payment is preferred. Companies selecting "Check" as the payment method will receive an invoice after completing registration.

Booth Setup: Each company will receive a 6-ft table and two chairs. Electricity and Wi-Fi are provided.
 
Meals: Breakfast and lunch included in registration fee.

Parking: Free parking is available in Lot B22, located nearby.

Interview space will be available on Thursday, February 19. Please contact Amy Whitaker to reserve your interview space.

Upload a brief company description when submitting your registration. Company names and descriptions will be provided to students before the job fair.

Employers who wish to share job openings before the fair should post them on Handshake, our online job board. Individual job listings will not be sent directly to students.

For questions about posting positions on Handshake, contact Engineering Career Services at 217-333-1960.

Important: Posting jobs on Handshake does not register your company for the job fair. To participate, you must complete the CEE Job Fair registration form.

Written notice of cancellation or reduction in registered representatives must be submitted in writing by  email to Amy Whitaker before January 30, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. CST, to qualify for a full refund.

Cancellations received after January 30, 2026 will not receive a refund nor will credit be assigned for transfer of registration fees for future events. 

No refunds will be issued for cancellations caused by inclement weather, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control.  

Credit card payments are preferred. After you complete your registration, you will be directed to the secure payment portal.

Check payments are due by Friday, January 30, 2026. Please make checks payable to University of Illinois.

Mail all checks to the address below. Be sure to include the room number to ensure proper delivery.
